In April 2010, Neo Industrial invested in a 30 % share of the single family house manufacturer Finndomo Oy, that now forms the Group's Single Family Housing segment.
Associated company Finndomo is the largest manufacturer of prefabricated single family houses in the Nordic countries. Finndomo develops and promotes Nordic single family housing and provides consumers, builders and contractors with modern, quality homes. Its brands in Finland are FinndomoKoti, Omatalo and Kotitalo, in Sweden, Hjältevadshus and Modulenthus.
Finndomo's industry and market areas are a good match with Neo Industrial's investment strategy. Neo Industrial's long experience of developing the infrastructure of construction supports Finndomo's business in the manufacture of prefabricated houses as well as its regional construction projects. In addition, Neo Industrial has existing operations in Finndomo's main market areas; Finland, Baltics and Russia.
