Neomarkka Plc is a Finnish investment company whose stock is quoted on the main market of NASDAQ OMX Helsingin Pörssi.

Neomarkka invests mainly in long-term industrial investments. Target of the investments in industry is to raise the return on the invested capital by developing the companies involved. Returns are sought both through dividend flow and an increase in value. The company can also own and manage real estate and property shares.

Synergic development company strategy
The company's first industrial sector is the cable industry of which Reka Cables, acquired in June 2007, is the backbone. In October of the same year Neomarkka invested in a 30% share of communications calbles manufacturer Nestor Cables. In August 2008 a majority share of the Russian OAO Expocable was acquired to strenghten Neomarkka's business in Russia.

The company's objective is to continue to grow on the cable business and above all in Russia. Over the long term Neomarkka aims to invest also in another sector on the condition that the investment provides synergies with the current investments.

Neomarkka has divested all of its high risk securities investments during 2008. The company still holds shares in unlisted telephone companies to a value of about EUR 3.7 million. The intention is to hold these shares for the time being.

Dividend Policy
Neomarkka's target is to use at least 30% of its annual net profit for dividend payments.
