Neomarkka Plc´s subsidiary Reka Cables Ltd´s co-operation negotiations concerning officials have been finished. The negotiations started on 26 March 2009.

The negotiations concerned all officials of Reka Cables Ltd in Hyvinkää, Riihimäki and Keuruu. At the end of February Reka Cables Ltd employed 64 officials.

The outcome of the negotiations is lay-offs and five dismissals. The lay-off time per official can be more than 90 days but the employer estimates that till the end of October the average length of the lay-offs is 2-3 weeks per official.

All officials have right to change their leave allowance into holidays. The management group members of Reka Cables Ltd have informed that they will change their leave allowance into holidays.
